The Awards are free to enter. There is no restriction on how many categories a business can enter, but separate entry forms must be completed for each one.
Entries must be received no later than the deadline shown on the website.
No liability for entries lost or delayed in transmission will be accepted.
All entrants must declare whether they, or the business they represent, are/could be involved in any dispute or judgement that could in any way significantly interfere with the proper conduct or reputation of the organisers of the awards.
Third parties can make applications on behalf of businesses or individuals, providing the business or person nominated is aware of the entry and has corroborated the content in the application form.
By entering the Awards, you agree to be part of the publicity if you are a finalist in any category.
The Judges reserve the right to merge or split categories if the level of entrants warrant it.
The judges reserve the right to move entrants to another category if deemed necessary.
The event organisers reserve the right to change judging deadlines should circumstances necessitate.
A panel of judges will compile a shortlist from all the entries from each category. The winners will be decided by another panel of expert judges and sponsors of the awards.
Please note that by being shortlisted the business automatically becomes a finalist, and judges will award a winner or highly commended at their discretion.
The judges’ decisions are final and they cannot enter into discussion about the shortlisting process, choice of finalists or winners.
The organisers reserve the right to publicise the results of the competition and use winning entries in press releases and published case histories.
It is a condition of entry that participants will co-operate with the media. Winners may refer to the competition in their own publicity material following approval by the organisers of such material.
All tickets to attend the event will need to be purchased using the online Paypal form or via telephone. Ticket refunds will only be given if we are notified of the cancellation via email 4 weeks prior to the event date.
